Helping purpose driven women in midlife strengthen their health, renew their thinking, and take practical steps toward lasting wholeness.

About Rosa
Meet Rosa Torres
I’m a Christian Life and Wellness Coach and the founder of RT220. I help purpose driven women in midlife identify what is interfering with their health, release the physical and emotional weight they have been carrying, and create a practical way forward.
My work grew from my own transformation. I learned that improving my health required more than a workout plan or another attempt to eat better. It required care for my thinking, habits, boundaries, nourishment, movement, relationships, and stewardship.
My Story
After facing personal health challenges, I began making intentional changes in how I ate, moved, and managed my overall well being. Those changes improved my health and taught me that lasting transformation begins on the inside.
I believe wellness involves the whole person: spirit, soul, and body. Caring for your health is not selfish. It is stewardship, and with God’s help, change becomes possible one faithful choice at a time.
Sometimes you do not need to try harder. You need a different place to begin.
Let’s talk and see what support could look like for you.

Vision: Women living whole, strong, and rooted in Christ.
Why I Created The Untangling Journey
I created The Untangling Journey for the woman who has spent years caring for her family, career, business, ministry, and responsibilities, while her own well being slowly moved to the bottom of the list. She knows something needs to change, but she may not know what to address first. She does not need another complicated plan. She needs space to recognize what has become tangled and support to take a realistic next step.
