THE 4-WEEK UNTANGLING JOURNEY

Your Health, Mindset, and Faith
Were Never Meant to
Compete for Your Attention.

You don't need another life overhaul plan to perfectly balance it all.

This is where you find the root beneath the pattern of what keeps drifting,
tune in to God's guidance and move forward in radical obedience.
Come As You Are

The weight you've been carrying doesn't always have a name.
But you feel it. In your body. In your sleep. In the way you snap when you didn't used to.
In the guilt that shows up the second you finally sit down.
On the outside, you may look
like you have it together.

Showing up for
your family, your job, your church,
and everyone else who calls for your attention.
On the inside, you're running on
empty and running the show alone.

You've read the books. Tried the plans.
Started over more times than you can count.
And life still feels scattered instead of full.
Here's what's true.

You were never meant to carry it by yourself, and you
were never meant to figure it out by yourself, either.
The Untangling Journey is 4 weeks

It's your time to stop white-knuckling your way through life,
and start letting God lead, one obedient step at a time.
WEEK 1
Running
on Fumes

You've gotten so used to running low, you don't notice the warning signs anymore. This week, you name the one signal your body, mind, or spirit has been sending, and take one small step in response.
WEEK 2
Carrying
Too Much

Everything on your plate feels equally urgent, and equally yours. This week, you sort out what's actually yours to carry, and choose one way to lighten the load.

WEEK 3
Neglecting What
Supports Me

The things that used to sustain you, rest, nourishment, time with God, have quietly gotten pushed aside. This week, you pick one to restore, not as indulgence, but as stewardship.
WEEK 4
Knowing
But Not Moving

You already know what needs to change. This week, you build a real plan for taking that next step, and look back at everything God's been building across the last four weeks.

I've tried so many programs before — how is this different?
RT220 is not another program to complete. It is a coaching experience designed to help you build a stronger foundation in your faith, mindset, health, and daily habits. Together, we focus on practical steps that fit your life so you can stop starting over and begin moving forward with confidence.
I don't have enough time. Will this work for my season?
Yes. Most women who come to RT220 are already carrying a lot. This program is built around your real life, not an ideal schedule. We focus on simple changes, small steps, and realistic rhythms that can be sustained in the season you are in right now.
I struggle with consistency. Can you really help?
Many women come to coaching because they know what to do but struggle to follow through. RT220 provides guidance, accountability, encouragement, and a plan that fits your life. The goal is not perfection. The goal is learning how to create habits that last.
I want faith and wellness together, not separate.
That is exactly why RT220 was created. We believe God cares about every area of your life. Your faith, thoughts, emotions, health, and daily habits all work together. This program helps you grow in your relationship with God while learning practical ways to steward your mind and body.
What if I'm a complete beginner with fitness?
Perfect. You do not need to be in shape before you start. Movement recommendations are based on your current fitness level and may include walking, mobility, strength training, stretching, or other simple activities that help you build confidence and momentum.
What will we actually talk about during coaching sessions?
Every coaching journey is personalized, but common topics include faith, mindset, stress, boundaries, nutrition, movement, confidence, purpose, habits, and creating healthy rhythms that support the life God is calling you to live.
