The Untangling Journey Coaching Agreement
Please read this Coaching Agreement carefully before participating in The Untangling Journey.
1. Welcome & Purpose
The Untangling Journey is a four week Christ centered live virtual group coaching and wellness experience designed to support women in personal reflection, growth, practical next steps, and deeper alignment in mind, body, and spirit.
2. What the Program Includes
Your participation in The Untangling Journey includes:
- Four live virtual sessions
- Personal Inventory
- Worksheets
- Strong Foundation movement practices
- Member area resources
- Scripture and coaching
3. Participant Responsibility
By participating, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices, actions, participation, and results. You agree to complete exercises to the best of your ability, engage respectfully with the group, and participate within your own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual capacity.
4. Coaching Scope
You understand that coaching in this program is intended to support personal growth, wellness, behavior change, reflection, and practical action. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, medical treatment, mental health care, diagnosis, or individualized medical care. Participation in this program does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, or physician-patient relationship.
5. Live Virtual Sessions & Attendance
Live attendance is strongly encouraged so that you can receive the full benefit of the group experience. If you miss a live session, a private replacement session will not be provided. Any replay availability will be communicated separately according to the program's recording policy.
6. Confidentiality & Group Privacy
To help create a safe and trusted environment, you agree to respect the privacy of every participant. You may not share another woman's personal information, screenshots, recordings, or private conversations from the cohort outside the group without her explicit permission.
7. Movement Participation
This program may include optional beginner friendly movement practices. You acknowledge that participation in any movement activity is voluntary. You agree to listen to your body, modify activities as needed, and stop any activity that feels unsafe, painful, or inappropriate for you.
8. Payments, Cancellations & No Refunds
Payment and Refund Policy
Because The Untangling Journey is a limited enrollment live virtual cohort and your enrollment reserves a space in the group, all payments are final and nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Once enrollment is completed, refunds will not be issued for missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, changes in personal circumstances, failure to participate, or failure to complete the program materials.
If a payment plan is offered, enrollment in the payment plan represents a commitment to the full program investment. Remaining scheduled payments will continue according to the payment agreement.
